Project Management 

The project management offer includes all classic project management components:

  • Leading a team to meet the project goals

  • Creation and tracking of schedules as well as initiation of appropriate measures to comply with the deadlines, the costs, to achieve the technical specification and the quality goals

  • Presentation of the results and the project progress (project reporting) to the respective control and steering bodies
